  • Physical Therapy assistance
  • Custom Meal plans, 7 days of varieties of Food, each Breakfast,snack,Lunch, and Dinner. Never the same foods
  • Custom work-out plan, 3,4, or 5 days plan.

All session are 30 minutes, each session is scheduled in advance all packages includes an ongoing fitness assessment, nutritional evaluation and workout progress report

CLIENT MUST SIGN A CONTRACT FOR 8, 12, OR 16 WEEK PACKAGE
 
WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM- Individual Meal Plan, weekly measurement and weekly weight-in assessments, fitness consultation/counseling, discuss health history assessment past/current, weekly aerobic coaching and analysis on Effectiveness of Workout, Motivational Techniques.
COST=$30 WEEKLY
 
THE RIGHT TRACK PROGRAM-5(1 hr) training sessions, one-on-one personal training sessions, custom tailored aerobic/strength training, nutritional counseling. We will design a specialized training program just for you, based on your goals; this review will ensure proper execution of movements including forms,breathing and control. COST=$155
 
ATTENTION: ALL MEMBERS AND CLIENTS: ALL PAYMENTS DUE AT THE FIRST SESSION OF THE WEEK,FOR THE ENTIRE WEEK OF TRAINING SESSION. YOU CAN MAKE PAYMENT WEEKLY, BI-WEEKLY, MONTHLY OR PAID ENTIRE BALANCE UP FRONT.
