| THE RIGHT TRACK PROGRAM-5(1 hr) training sessions, one-on-one personal training sessions, custom tailored aerobic/strength training, nutritional counseling. We will design a specialized training program just for you, based on your goals; this review will ensure proper execution of movements including forms,breathing and control. COST=$155 |
